Diese App besteht aus Modulen wie z.B. einer Tagebuchfunktion und einer Lebensmittelampel.

To ensure you are fully supported in the management of your overall wellbeing we advise you to visit the resources on offer at Crohn’s and Colitis UK at https://www.crohnsandcolitis.org.uk/. In addition to their extensive online and downloadable resources, Crohn’s and Colitis UK also offer helpline support via email helpline@crohnsandcolitis.org.uk and telephone (0300 222 5700). Telephone support is available from 09:00-17:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, and 09:00-13:00 on Thursday (except English bank holidays). Outside these hours, an answer phone service is available.
Crohn’s and Colitis UK information officers are not medically trained and do not offer a life-coaching service, however can provide general support and information about a range of subjects.
